We are easy to find, just off the M4

Take the Swansea exit off the M4 and carry on straight through following the signs for the City centre and Mumbles. Carry on past Sainsbury’s and the Civic Centre until you see a row of houses on the right hand side, we are the Swansea end not Mumbles and a few houses down from the Bay View pub/restaurant which is situated on the corner.

Group bookings require a £10.00 bond per person which is payable in advance as a deposit to hold your rooms.

Full payment per person must be made on arrival with the deposit/bond being returned on your departure.

Please remember we have other guests to consider so if one or more members of the party causes a disturbance all bond monies will not be returned and all members of the party will all be asked to leave.
